Does this have something to do with past and future emperial powers? Maybe they want to start a war between the Dutch and Chinese? Maybe it has nothing to do with the Great Wall and is a reference to the Three Gorges Dam before the reservoir has been filled and little Wilmelm is anticipating needing to put his finger in the dike? Could it be aimed at the Gay Community in China and if so, are people that wear Lederhosen gay? Maybe the two seemingly Chinese gentlemen represent Nancy Polosi and Senator Reed and the little "Dutch" kid is Leiberman and this has something to do with health care. There are only three clouds in the picture, is this a commentary on global climate change and the talks in Copenhagen? I'm confused.
